You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving an order for a refund of the merchandise value. Item must be in its original packaging and in perfect, unused condition. Proof of purchase is required. Shipping costs will not be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for exchange or store credit. All sales are final on seasonal items and personalized items.

- In-Store Returns. You can return most items to The Creative Touch for free.
- Bring to UPS Location & ship to our store.
Items not eligible for returns or exchanges:
- Monogrammed items
- Made to Order items. (Monogrammed or Personalized Items)
- Final sale or Seasonal items
- Items damaged through normal wear and tear
- Original Receipt – Returns with the original receipt will be refunded in the original form of payment.
- Gift Receipt – Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded in the form of a Merchandise Credit for the amount on the gift receipt.
- Delivery Fees – Delivery fees are non-refundable and prior purchases are not eligible for price adjustments.
As long as the item is in stock, production time is approximately 1 to 2 weeks depending on the season.
Shipping costs are all flat rated.
