Yes, due to embroidery processes there are limitations on what we can place onto an item. Fine-letters and details may need to be omitted from designs in order to convert it with embroidery.

We can embroider a design as big as 16” in height and 12” wide. We can embroider letters as small as ¼” in height. Small designs will depend on the detail included.

We have a large selection of high-quality items for you to choose from at our workshop if you don’t have an item. We can embroider any of our products with the design of your choice.

Yes, if you have a special item that you would like embroidered, we will work with you to make it perfectly customized. We ask that the item be in good condition for the best results.

Our order minimum is one item.

High-quality artwork will ensure the best results. If you have an embroidery tape file for your artwork, you can send it over to us. We can also convert .BMP, .TIFF, .PICT, .JPG, and .GIF files into the appropriate embroidery format.

If you have an idea of what you want but not necessarily the exact design, there is no need to worry! We will be happy to help you with your design by providing suggestions and options.

If we have to convert a file, we do charge a small setup fee. If you already have an embroidery file then we do not charge any setup fees.

We generally complete your order within 7 to 10 business days. For orders that include more than 50 items, we require 10 to 15 business days. We offer different shipping options including standard, expedited, and overnight.

We absolutely do have different font styles you can choose from that will perfect your design even further. Choose from our font selection online or stop by in our shop to see samples.

We hold a large selection of thread colors to match exactly what you need. You can browse our threads here.

We can’t guarantee an exact color match from computer screen to in-person because each computer is color calibrated differently. If you are concerned about exact matching, please email us and we can send you a thread sample.

With our large collection of threads, we can often match specific colors, however not every Pantone color will be able to be matched. Thread manufacturers operate on the RGB color system and so not all Pantone colors will be available. We can often match colors closely if there is not an exact match.
